It’s all about ME!
I have always wanted to be an entertainer. Long before I ever picked up a guitar or walked out on a stand-up comedy stage, I knew that someday I would do both. I loved being the center of attention as a small child. I would “perform” by being a smart-ass. I thought I was funny. Unfortunately, those antics didn’t pan out well for a first grader, but that never deterred me.

This was my crew. Take a look at us. We were the definition of inclusion. We were an ethnic fruit salad. There were a couple of white kids, a black kid, two Puerto Ricans, an Italian kid who didn’t speak English, the kid from across the street, my brother… and a retard. One of those kids eventually cut his penis off and became a girl. In 1963, the Beatles’ first album was released, and that is when my fantasy of being a rock star was born. I was 6 years old. Then, in 1967, Jimi Hendrix released his first album. Because of Jimi, my rock star fantasy took the form of a guitarist. I remember playing hockey stick guitar in my bedroom while listening to Jimi. When I was 15, the hockey stick became a Gibson SG that I bought from Manny’s Music in New York City. From there, it was garage band time. I formed a band with some of the kids in the neighborhood, and we set out on a mission of stardom. We played at parties and high-school dances.

At some point, I decided to leave Boston. I joined the Air Force and was stationed in Lompoc, California, upon my discharge. In the Air Force, I was trained in electronic repair of high-tech military electronics. I left the Air Force with an associate’s in electronic technology, and once out, I got a job doing… guess what?… electronic repair of high-tech military electronics, but the dream never went away. I continued working a “day job” while pursuing music, comedy, and video. In 2024, after 35 years of being a “working stiff”, I retired and now dedicate all my time to artistic endeavors in video, music, photography, and blogging. I’m currently working on new music and videos for my YouTube Channel, Mankind Omnimedia Ministry.
